Getting started

How do I sign up?

Tap "Sign Up" on the homepage or mobile app, enter your mobile number, verify with OTP, and you are in. The whole process takes 30 seconds.

Is sign-up free?

Yes. Sign-up is free, browsing astrologers is free, all our tools (zodiac sign, daily horoscope, numerology, compatibility) are free, and your first 3 minutes of consultation with any new astrologer are free.

What languages are supported?

We have astrologers available in Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Gujarati.

Astrologers

Are AstroConnect astrologers verified?

Yes. Every astrologer goes through Aadhaar / PAN-based KYC, document verification, and a 3-stage skill assessment before they appear in our directory. Astrologers with consistent low ratings or policy violations are removed.

How do I choose the right astrologer?

Filter by language (your mother tongue gives the best experience), specialty (kundli, vastu, tarot, numerology, etc.), price, and rating. Read user reviews. Most users find their long-term astrologer within 2-3 trial consultations.

Can I get a free trial?

Yes — your first 3 minutes with any new astrologer are free. After that, the per-minute rate applies and is shown clearly before the session begins.

Consultations

What modes of consultation are available?

Chat (text), voice call, and video call. You can switch between them.

How is per-minute billing handled?

Charges are deducted from your wallet in real time, in 1-minute increments. You can end the session anytime to stop the meter.

Are my chats and calls recorded?

Chats are stored so you can refer back to them. Voice and video calls are not recorded unless we expressly notify you before the session.

What if the astrologer disconnects?

If a session disconnects due to technical issues, the affected minutes are auto-refunded to your wallet within 24 hours.

Payments & wallet

How does the wallet work?

Recharge your wallet using cards, UPI, net banking or other supported methods. Per-minute consultation fees are deducted from your wallet balance.

Is GST included?

Yes — 18% GST is added per Indian law, shown separately at checkout.

Can I withdraw wallet balance?

Within 7 days of recharge, you can request a refund of unused balance — see Refund Policy. After 7 days, the balance remains usable on the platform but is no longer refundable as cash.

Free tools & horoscopes

How accurate are the free tools?

Our zodiac sign finder and numerology calculator are mathematically exact. The daily horoscope is a general reading for your sun sign — for precise predictions, your full birth chart (kundli) reading by an astrologer is far more accurate.

Can I get a free Kundli?

Yes. Visit Free Kundli and enter your birth details. For a detailed reading with interpretation and remedies, book a verified astrologer consultation.

Privacy & safety

Who can see my birth details?

Only the astrologer you connect with can see your name, gender, date/time/place of birth, and language. They do not see your phone number, email or wallet balance. See Privacy Policy.

What if an astrologer is inappropriate?

Report immediately to safety@astroconnect.app. We investigate every report, refund your session if warranted, and remove offending astrologers from the platform.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your personal data is removed within 30 days; transaction records are retained per legal requirements (8 years for GST).

Pujas, gemstones & reports

Are the online pujas real?

Yes — pujas are performed by verified pandits at the actual partner temples, with live video, your name and gotra included in the sankalp, and prasad delivered to your home. See Puja Booking.

Can I trust a gemstone bought through AstroConnect?

We do not sell gemstones directly. We connect you with verified astrologers who recommend gemstones based on your chart, and certified gemologists who supply them. Always verify gemstone certification (GIA, IGI, etc.) before purchase.

Mobile apps

Is there an AstroConnect mobile app?

Android and iOS apps are coming soon. Meanwhile, the website works perfectly on mobile browsers — add it to your home screen for one-tap access.
